Doktermana is building an A team of Inside Sales Operation to take our groundbreaking service nationwide. We are revolutionizing how patients communicate and interact with health providers
Objectives
Learn Doktermana own health products including all partner offerings/products effectively
Find new leads through available database provided by back office and nurture those new leads with account associate
Accept direct communication from customers through various medium such as phone call,chat, email, and social media
Maintain a keep eye for process improvement - how can you accommodate customer request?
Implement a closing business strategy
Handle all required reservation and purchase paperworks


Requirements
D1 degree at least
At least 1 years of proven success selling , fresh graduates are welcome.
A strong history of executing full life cycle sales over the phone
Ambition to be part of a fast-paced, high-growth sales culture
A highly customer-focused mindset and consultative sales approach
The ability to learn quickly
A stellar work ethic and history of being a self-starter
