Commercial Fuels Marketing Analyst position, With the following details :

• Vacancies : 3 positions

• Position Title : Commercial Fuels Marketing Analyst

• Contract Duration : 6 months

• Work Location : SURABAYA

• Estimated date of join : 21-Nov-2011

• Monthly Base Salary : Maximum of IDR11,000,000 gross/month, depends on the candidate’s competency level.

• Transport Allowance : 12.5% of monthly base salary, paid in net

• Assistance Allowance : IDR350,000/month, paid in net

• For communication tools (mobile phone) : reimbursement of IDR 300,000 for business calls. Any additional cost subject to line manager’s approval.

• No overtime



Requirement:

- Completing a degree holder and preferably have strong experience in an organization and supporting a team.

- Experience in MS Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.

- Demonstrated business awareness, understanding of basic marketing is a must and some knowledge on IT systems will be a differentiation.

- Open and supportive personality.

- Good analytical skills, largely analytical & administrative, executing processes and data analyzing according to business needs

- Demonstrated ability to analyze and digest data and present it in a user-friendly format.

- Strong Team orientation, actively contributes to team goals and seeks cohesiveness, genuine desire to co-operate with, support and assist other team members.

- Ability to organize tasks in order of priority whilst adhering to deadlines and remaining calm in a stressful environment.

- Demonstrated relationship building skills, across several levels, including customers and service providers within the business.

- Extremely accurate, paying attention to detail.

- Mobility is a must, able to travel to other areas outside Jakarta for customer visits to establish potential to do business with Shell."



Job Purpose:

Responsible to support Commercial Fuels marketing initiatives, specifically in the area of Pipeline Lead Generation where generation of qualified leads is a priority. Supporting role in ensuring ongoing Fuels marketing activities are implemented in scope, on time and on budget by working together with the sales team to ensure delivery of Fuels 2015 strategy for Indonesia.



Dimensions:

- Focus specifically on activities as verification of customers interested in supply of Fuels and Lubricants across different sectors/geographies, telemarketing (cold calling), mapping of potential customers within geographical regions in Jakarta and greater Jakarta region and face to face interviews. The more qualified leads are generated and put into Sales CRM, the stronger our pipeline, the stronger will be the future business volume and monthly proceed.

- Perform tasks given in scope, on time and on budget.

- Mobile. Able to travel to other areas outside Jakarta for customer visits to establish potential to do business with Shell."
