RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Execute day to day activities of Recruitment, Selection and also Assessment Prepare and create reports related to Recruitment, Selection Assessment activities
• Prepare and monitor the employees’ contract expiration
• Do employees inputting database and other administrative duties

REQUIREMENT:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Psychology
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s
• Having experience in conduct Psychological assessment & scoring
• Competent in Recruitment & Selection (Sourcing Strategy, Recruitment Tools, Behavioral Interview)
• Able to work underpressure!
• Full-Time position(s) available.
