Responsibilities

• Handling IT office, IT System Management, IT network and technical support and trading system to ensure all IT infrastructure run well.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in IT
• Having knowledge about OS Unix/ LINUX, database, storage area network, website, monitoring tools, and backup system
• Graduate from reputable university
• Good communication skill (in Indonesia & English), both verbal and writing
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office)

Administration Staff - Capital Market Information System



Responsibilities

• Responsible for administration duties, managing petty cash and budget, managing library, public visit service, and supporting capital market events in specified area.

Requirements

• Min. Diploma degree in Administration, Economic, or Communication
• Good in administrative skills, detail oriented, assertive, and communicative
• Experienced in administration field will be an advantage

IDX’ Members & Participants Auditor





Responsibilities

• Perform audit process to all IDX’ Members & Participants to ensure their compliance to capital market regulations.

Requirements

• Major in Accounting
• Fresh graduate or min 1 year experience as auditor in Public Accountant Firm
• Interest in IT audit will be an advantage
• Graduate from reputable university
• Good communication skill (in Indonesia & English), both verbal and writing
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office)

Trading Helpdesk Officer



Responsibilities

• Responsible for monitoring remote trading system.
• As helpdesk in handling remote trading system problems effectively and efficiently based on procedure for IDX' client .
• Requirements
• Bachelor degree in Information System, MIS, or Industrial Technology
• Female, max. 27 years old
• Experienced in IT area will be an advantage
• Experienced in writing articles or report will be an advantage
• Able to work underpressure
• Excellent communication skill both in Indonesia or English
• Helpfull and responsive to give solution to client
• Fully initiative and proactive person

Market Data Dissemination Officer



Responsibilities

• Responsible to ensure market data dissemination implemented appropriately
• Ensure IDX' datafeed operation is based on SLA
• Provide technical and non-technical service to IDX client about data dissemination system

Requirements

1. Bachelor degree in IT, Information System, Management Information System
2. Male, max 27 years old
3. Experienced in IT area will be an advantage
4. Excellent communication skill both in Indonesia and English
5. Experienced in writing articles or report will be an advantage
6. Fully initiative and proactive person
