Ganti plat motor

Sebelumnya ane beli motor CBR 150R. STNK udah keluar dengan nomor plat ""KB 3290 RI", tapi platnya belum keluar. Motornya juga baru 2 bulan ane beli.

Yang mau ane tanya'in nih...

1. Gimana cara ganti plat "KB 3290 RI" menjadi "KB 3111 IN" ?

2. Berapa biaya yang harus ane keluar'in untuk ganti nomor polisi'nya gan ?
