Requirements:
Capable in handling operation, maintenance and Trouble shooting:
- HVAC system and its equipment (Chiller, split duct Reciprocating chiller, AHU, FCU, CHWP, CWP), Fresh and exhaust fan (Ventilation), Boiler.
- Transformator, MV switchgear, LV panel, Distribution panel, Fire system (FACP), PABX, UPS, BMS, Backup power (Genset).
- Plumbing system, Clean and waste water system (STP), Gas (LPG/LNG installation), pumps and tanks.
- Civil work knowledge (Carpentry, Masonry and painting).
English speaking is a must.
