Chivas Cooler

• 1 1/2 oz Chivas Regal Scotch Whisky
• Ginger ale
• Ice

Garnish: Lime

Fill a whisky tumbler with ice cubes, slowly pour over Chivas Regal and then top up with chilled ginger ale, leaving a little room for a lice of fresh lime.

• 1 1/2 oz Chivas Regal Scotch Whisky
• Crushed ice
• Zest or Orange

Garnish: Orange peel

Half fill a whisky tumbler with fresh crushed ice, pour over the whisky and spray with the zest of a ripe orange. Garnish with a strip of orange peel
