[HELP] Crash (Blue Screen) setelah update Office 2010
 

Buat mastah-mastah CCPB, ane minta tolong pencerahannya. Sejak ane update office 2010, officesuite2010sp1-kb2460049-x86-fullfile-en-us. Laptop ane jadi sering crash, blue screen, trus restart. Untungnya masih bisa masuk windows..

akhirnya ane nemu tools buat analisa file dump di C:\windows\minidump. Namanya BlueScreenView gan..

nih link penjelasannya Blue screen of death (STOP error) information in dump files.



untuk analisanya,agan2 pasti bisa analisa sendiri, karena tampilannya cukup mudah dimengerti.





ada file .sys punya folder lock 7 (New'sSoftware), dan file itu ternyata trojan. Langsung aja ane hapus file itu, uninstal folder lock 7 nya..
