We are A Property Management Company, which Located in Jakarta is looking for highly motivated & dynamic people to join our team as:
PROPERTY/BUILDING/ESTATE MANAGER
(For NEW PROJECT update June 2011) - Male / Female, Maximal 35 years old
- Education minimal S1, GPA minimal 3.00 from reputable university, preferable background study Technique Civil, Electro, Architecture, Machine, Agriculture, Economic Management, and Accountant.
- Having experience Property Management minimal 2 years.
- Preferable Fluently in English or Mandarin.
- Capable in making decision, able to analyze and think strategically
- Having good knowledge in ’business sense’.
- Having leadership skill for handle the team, initiative and innovative.
- Good negotiation skill, sharp analytical skill, and excellence communications skill marketing.
- Good negotiation skill.
- To be Located in placed PEKALONGAN, KEDIRI, PALU, SERANG & SUKABUMI
