We, EPTCO Group, are currently looking for qualified candidate to fill the roll of Receptionist who will be assigned our head office in Jakarta.



Key Accountabilities:

• Answers all incoming calls and take adequate messages when required , screen and direct calls, take and relay messages
• Provide information to callers, receive direct and relay telephone and fax messages, pick up and delivery mail
• Records of vehicle pool dispatch log and vehicle request by office staff at the Jakarta office
• Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondences, and assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference telephone calls
• Perform clerical duties in collaboration with HR entering data into the database or HR system for maintaining accurate records
• Develop and maintain a current and accurate filing system
• Maintaining and developing the filing system of personnel
• Have knowledge and understanding in administrative services

Qualification :

• Minimum 3 years experience as receptionist or secretarial job
• Able to motivate individuals in achieving goals and objectives
• Candidate’s experience is preferable in the mining company, oil and gas sector
• Excellent interpesonal & communication skills
• Confident, self-reliant, high integrity, trustworthy and consistent
• Attractive appearance, enthusiasm
• Effective oral and written communication skills in English
• Computer literacy
• May be required to work flexible hours to meet project requirements
• Minimum secretarial education or senior high school
