Job Description :

• Implement financial Policies and Procedures
• Establish and maintain cash controls
• Processes supplier invoices
• Maintain the purchase order system
• Ensure data is entered into the system
• Ensure transactions are properly recorded and entered into the computerized accounting system
• Prepare income statements
• Payroll systems and reporting
• Prepare balance sheets
• Prepare Monthly Financial statements
• Prepare quarterly reports and report on variances
• Assist with the annual audit
• Maintainthe computerized accounting system
• Maintain financial files and records

Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accountant or a related field from reputable university.
• Preferably FEMALE
• Max 30 Years old.
• Minimum of 1 year work experience in Accounting or a related field.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Be able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Competent in communicating directly with clients and management in a professional manner.

Office Hours : From 8:00 AM to 17:00 PM

Office Days : Three times a week (Mon-Wed) or (Wed-Fri)

Fee : 1.000.000 IDR (include Transportation and Meals)
