Requirements:



Male / Female

Age max 28 years old

At least Bachelor degree from reputable university, Psychology is an advantage

Having experience in handling Organization development (Organization Structure, Job Analysis, KPI, Performance Management) min 2 years

Strong interpersonal skill, including the ability to effective communication with people at all levels

Computer literate (Word, Excel, Visio, Power point, Open office)
