Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

- Recording and maintaining the data base of the maintenance, equipment and spare parts.

- Raising purchase orders for approval for external suppliers relating to goods/services.

- Reconciling weekly and monthly report on the spare parts utilization.

- Establishing and maintaining open communication with the purchasing team and/or suppliers and contacts where applicable.



Kriteria :

- Fluent in English

- Have working experience as admin minimum 3 years

- Minimum Diploma degree in any field
