4.Kartu Jaminan tidak sesuai dengan barang yang di reparasi atau di lakukan perubahan-perubahab pada isi kartu jaminan
5.Barang tidak memiliki kartu jaminan(hilang atau tidak dapat di perlihatkan)
6.Barang rusak akibat faktor-faktor di luar dugaan antara lain: kebakaran,tegangan listrik(voltage dan frekuensi) yang tidak stabil, bencana alam (seperti :gempa bumi, tersambar petir, banjir, dan sebagainya)
